These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern this referral bonus promotion (the "Promotion"), which is sponsored and provided by Comun, Inc. ("Común"). The Promotion is not sponsored or provided by Community Federal Savings Bank ("CFSB"), and CFSB is not a party to this offer.
Eligibility
This Promotion is open only to eligible users selected by Común to participate as referrers (each, a "Referrer"). Referrers will be notified via email, SMS, push notification, or such other method as Común may determine in its discretion. This offer is non-transferable and limited to a maximum of three (3) Rewards per Referrer.
For a new user to qualify as an eligible referee (a "Referee") under this Promotion, they must meet all of the following conditions:
Be a completely new Común user, with no prior demand deposit account ("Común DDA") (verified by phone number, email, government-issued ID, and device fingerprint).
Sign up using the unique referral link or code provided by the Referrer.
Not share a device, payment method, or government-issued ID with the Referrer.
Común employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate as Referrers or as Referees.
Promotional Period
The Promotion begins on May 5, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. CT and ends on May 10, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CT (the "Promotional Period"). For a Referee to qualify for the Reward (as defined below), all required actions (signup, Común DDA approval, and first remittance) must be completed by May 17, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CT (the "Conversion Window"). Común's computer is the official timekeeping device.
Offer Details
During the Promotional Period, Referrers who invite a new user to Común will receive a cash reward of $15 USD (the "Reward") for each Referee who meets all of the following conditions within the Conversion Window:
Signs up to Común using the Referrer's unique referral link or code.
Is approved for a Común DDA.
Completes their first international remittance from their Común account, with a minimum amount of $10 USD.
Only successful, fully processed remittances qualify. Cancelled, failed, refunded, or reversed transactions are not eligible. Peer-to-peer (P2P) transfers, self-transfers, or other non-remittance transactions, as determined at Común's sole discretion, do not qualify.
If a Referee is exposed to multiple referral links or codes, Reward credit will be given to the first link or code used at signup (first-touch attribution). The Referee must complete signup within thirty (30) days of first clicking the link for attribution to be valid.
Fulfillment and Limitations
The Reward will be credited to the Referrer's Común DDA within five (5) business days after the Referee's first remittance is verified, provided that the remittance has not been reversed.
Each Referrer may receive a maximum of three (3) Rewards during the Promotional Period, totaling a maximum of $45 USD in Rewards.
If the remittance that triggered the Reward is reversed, disputed, or refunded within thirty (30) days after the Reward is paid, Común reserves the right to claw back the corresponding Reward payment from the Referrer's DDA.
Común reserves the right to verify Referee and remittance eligibility, and to deny or rescind the Reward in cases of suspected or actual fraud, self-referrals, technical manipulation, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws ("Fraudulent Activities"). Fraudulent Activities include, but are not limited to: Referrer-Referee pairs sharing a device, payment method, or government-issued ID; remittances followed by immediate withdrawal of the same funds within 24 hours; or any pattern inconsistent with genuine product use. The Referrer must be in good standing with Común throughout the Promotional Period and when the Reward is credited into the Referrer's Común DDA.
General Conditions
Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Común may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice, including for reasons beyond its control. The value of this Promotion may constitute taxable income. Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes. This Promotion is not valid with any other offer and is non-transferable. Undertaking Fraudulent Activities may result in the revocation of the benefit and cancellation of Rewards and the denial of future eligibility in promotions, services, or products offered by Común.
Any dispute related to Reward attribution or payment must be submitted to Común's customer service team within thirty (30) days after the close of the Conversion Window (i.e., by June 17, 2026). Común's determination regarding eligibility and attribution is final.
