With international shipments from Comun, also known as Remittances, you can send money abroad to your family and friends from your Comun app at a low cost and without leaving your home.
To make an international transfer, follow these steps:
Log in to your Comun app.
On the main page, select Send a Remittance.
Select the recipient you want to send the international transfer to.
You can register a recipient with their bank details such as their CLABE account, full name, bank, and cell phone number.
After registering the recipient, enter the amount you want to send and check the transaction costs.
Confirm the information and select confirm international transfer.
The recipient should receive the international money within the next few minutes. If you selected pick up at the store, the person can go to the store to pick up the money after 30 minutes of confirming the transaction.
You can check the status of the international transfer in your app by clicking on movement.
You can send money to any country in Latin America (except Venezuela and Cuba) for only $2.99 dollars per international transfer. The transfer rate is independent of the amount you are sending.
For example, let's say you want to send $200 to your family in Mexico. With our transfer fee of $2.99, the total cost of the transaction would be $202.99 ($200 + $2.99).
