What is the "Complete Your Account and Get $10" promotion?

If you received this promotion by email, you may be eligible to earn a $10 USD bonus by completing the required steps during the promotional period (June 25–30) and meeting all applicable Terms & Conditions.


Who is eligible to participate?

Only customers who were selected for this promotion—meaning they received the promotional email—and who meet all eligibility requirements outlined in the Terms & Conditions may participate. This offer is not available to all accounts.


What do I need to do to receive the $10?

To be eligible, you must:

  • Complete the verification process for your Comun debit account by following the instructions provided in the promotion.

  • Meet all promotion requirements before June 30, when the promotional period ends.

  • Keep your account in good standing and comply with Comun's Terms & Conditions.


When will I receive my reward?

If you meet all the requirements, the $10 bonus will be deposited into your Comun account once your eligibility has been confirmed. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive your reward.


How will I know if I received the bonus?

The bonus will be deposited directly into your Comun account and will appear in your transaction history within the app.


What if I didn't receive the $10?

If you believe you met all the requirements and haven't received your reward after the expected timeframe, please contact our Support team so we can review your case.


Can Comun deny or cancel the reward?

Yes. Comun reserves the right to disqualify participants who do not meet the promotion requirements or who engage in activity that violates the Terms & Conditions, including fraud or abuse of the promotion.
