You can withdraw money with your physical Común card at any ATM!
If you use an ALLPOINT ATM:
Until October 23, 2026: your first 3 withdrawals each month are FREE. Starting with your fourth withdrawal in the same month, a $2.50 fee per withdrawal applies.
Starting October 24, 2026: your first 2 withdrawals each month are FREE. Starting with your third withdrawal in the same month, a $2.99 fee per withdrawal applies. The ATM owner may also charge its own surcharge.
You can find the nearest ALLPOINT ATM directly in your app. These ATMs also allow you to deposit cash into your account. Deposits are free until October 23, 2026. Starting October 24, 2026, deposits of $300 or more stay free; deposits under $300 have a $3.95 fee.
If you don't have an ALLPOINT ATM nearby, don't worry—you can withdraw money from any other ATM using your physical card. However, these withdrawals will have a $2.50 fee per transaction.
Limits
Withdrawals: up to $1,000 per day and $300 per transaction.
Deposits: up to $1,000 per transaction and $1,000 per day.
Important: You always need your physical Común card to make a withdrawal. You cannot withdraw money without a card using a barcode, the app, or any other method.
