What to do if you have issues depositing or withdrawing cash at an ATM

Deposit issues

To deposit cash successfully, make sure:

  • You’re using an ALLPOINT+ ATM. You can find one in your app under Cash deposit.

  • Your physical card is activated in the app.

  • You enter the correct PIN. You can view or update it anytime in Settings.

  • Your deposit is within the limits:

    • Up to $1,000 per deposit

    • Up to $1,000 per day (combined deposits and withdrawals)

  • You select Checking Account at the ATM.

Withdrawal issues

You can withdraw cash from any ATM, but with ALLPOINT+ ATMs you have 3 free withdrawals per month; after that it will cost you $2.50.

Before withdrawing, make sure:

  • You have enough balance to cover the withdrawal amount and any ATM fee.

  • You enter the correct PIN. You can check or change it in Settings.

  • Your withdrawal is within the limits:

    • Up to $1,000 per withdrawal

    • Up to $1,000 per day (combined deposits and withdrawals)

If the ATM did not dispense cash but the transaction appears pending, the transaction is usually reversed automatically within a few days.
