I had issues depositing money
Remember that in order to deposit money, you need the following:
Go to an ALLPOINT+ ATM, ATMs in our network that do not charge you anything to deposit. You can find the location of an ALLPOINT+ ATM near you from your app in the "move money" section.
Your physical card has to be activated, you can activate it from your app.
You have to enter the correct PIN: If you don't remember your PIN, don't worry, you can view it in your app! Log in and go to the settings section, where you can view or change your PIN.
Your deposit has to be within the limit, you can only deposit up to $250 per deposit, and up to $1,000 per day, including deposits and withdrawals.
You have to choose "checking account" because your Comun account is a checking account, not a savings account.
If you meet all of this, you shouldn't have any problems!
I had issues withdrawing money
To withdraw money from your account, you can do it from any ATM. ALLPOINT+ ATMs do not charge you anything to withdraw your money. Other ATMs may charge you. Make sure you are following these steps:
Have a sufficient balance: you can check your balance from your app. If the ATM charges you to withdraw money, you need to have a sufficient limit for the amount you want to withdraw and the ATM fee you are using.
You have to enter the correct PIN: If you don't remember your PIN, don't worry, you can view it in your app! Log in and go to the settings section, where you can view or change your PIN.
Your withdrawal has to be within the limit, you can only withdraw up to $250 per withdrawal, and up to $1,000 per day, including deposits and withdrawals.
