Find out all the ways in which you can tell us where you live

Updated over 10 months ago

To apply for a Comun account, you will need to verify that you have an address in the USA. We know that you may not always have a fixed address or that you may not always have documents in your name. Don't worry, Comun gives you options:

  1. You can verify your address using the geolocation of your cell phone. Choose this option if you do not have a document in your name. Make sure you are at home when applying for your account, as you will receive your card at this address. You will need to be within the USA to use this option.

  2. You can verify your address using an official document that has your full name and your address within the USA.

If you choose to use a document, we give you plenty of options. The document must have your full name and address where you want to receive your card. If you do not have this type of document, use the geolocation of your cell phone.

  • Utility bill (water, gas, or electricity)

  • Phone or internet bill

  • Current rental agreement or lease agreement

  • Bank statement (debit or credit card)

  • Pay stub

  • Government-issued American ID (ID, matricula, or driver's license with your address)

  • Insurance bill or statement (car, home, or medical)

We don't accept any other type of documents to prove where you live.
