Why can’t I find my contact in Pay?

Here are some recommendations:

  • 📱Make sure you’re sharing 100% of your contacts with Común in your phone’s settings.

  • 👍🏼Check that the person is saved in your contacts.

  • 📞Confirm that you have their phone number saved — sometimes only the name or email is saved.

  • ✨If a contact has multiple phone numbers, it’s best to create a new contact with just the number you want to use to send the payment.

  • 💸If the person has already sent you money before, that means they have a Común account. They can go to https://pay.comun.app/profile and share their username with you, so you can search for them in your app and send the payment directly.
