These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern this remittance promotion (the “Promotion”), which is sponsored and provided by Comun, Inc. ("Común"). The Promotion is not sponsored or provided by the Community Federal Savings Bank, and the Community Federal Savings Bank is not a party to this offer.
Eligibility
This Promotion is open only to eligible users selected by Común (each, a “Participant,” and collectively, the “Participants”). Participants will be notified via email, SMS, or push notification. This offer is non-transferable and limited to one reward per Participant.
Promotional Period
The Promotion begins on April 15, 2026 and ends on April 22, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotional Period"). Común's computer is the official timekeeping device.
Offer Details
During the Promotional Period, Participants who complete an international remittance of $100 USD or more through the Común app (a “Remittance”) will receive a waiver of Común's $2.99 platform fee for that transaction, which shall be credited to their Común deposit account (the “Reward”). Additional fees may apply to this transaction, depending on the Participant’s destination country and transfer method. This includes same-currency fees and foreign exchange fees. These additional fees are not included in this promotion. Participants must complete the Remittance within seven (7) days of receiving this offer or by the end of the Promotional Period, whichever comes first.
Only one (1) Remittance per Participant is eligible for the Reward. Only successful, fully processed Remittances qualify. Cancelled, failed, or refunded transactions are not eligible. Peer-to-peer transfers, self-transfers, or other non-remittance transactions do not qualify.
Fulfillment and Limitations
The Reward will be credited to the Participant's Común deposit account within two (2) business days after the Remittance is verified. Each Participant may receive a maximum of one (1) Reward. Común reserves the right to verify Remittance eligibility and deny or rescind the Reward in cases of suspected or actual fraud, self-transfers, technical manipulation, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws (“Fraudulent Activities”).
General Conditions
Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Común may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice, including for reasons beyond its control. The value of this Promotion may constitute taxable income. Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes. This Promotion is not valid with any other offer and is non-transferable. Undertaking Fraudulent Activities may result in the revocation of the benefit and cancellation of Rewards and the denial of future eligibility in promotions, services, or products offered by Común.
