1. What is the promotion? This is a limited-time referral program by Comun where participants can earn 3 free remittances worth $2.99 each for every approved account they refer.

2. Who can participate? All approved and open account holders in good standing who receive this offer directly from Comun.

3. How do I earn the Reward? For each successful referral, you get a fee waiver for 3 remittances. The waiver will be applied as a reimbursement within 5 days of meeting the referral conditions.

4. How do I make referrals? You can share an invite link through the Comun app. Invite links are valid unless the promotion ends or your account is closed.

5. Are there any restrictions on referrals? Yes, you can only refer family and personal friends. Posting the referral link publicly where non-friends/family might see it can lead to disqualification.

6. Can I use automated means to make referrals? No, the use of any automated means to make referrals is prohibited and will void all related entries.

7. Is the Reward taxable? Yes, the value of the Reward may constitute taxable income. Consult a tax advisor for details.

8. Can the terms change? Yes, Comun can amend the terms or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Comun website or app.

9. Who provides banking services for Comun? Banking services are provided by Community Federal Savings Bank (CFSB), Member FDIC. CFSB is not a party to this promotion.

10. What happens if there's a problem with my referral or Reward? Comun reserves the right to revoke Rewards, suspend or close accounts, or investigate referral activities if any abusive, fraudulent, or violating activity is suspected.
