Sending money for cash pickup with Comun is easy! 🙌
You can send money to different physical stores and pickup locations available in each country, directly from your app.
🚀 How does it work?
Open your Comun app
Select Send money or go to Move money → International
Choose the Cash pickup option
Select the amount and payment method.
Enter the recipient’s information correctly:
Full legal name (exactly as it appears on their ID)
The ID or document they will use to pick up the money
Confirm the transfer ✅
Share the pickup code with your recipient
And that’s it! 🎉
⏱️ When can the money be picked up?
The remittance is usually available for pickup within approximately 30 minutes after it is created.
Your recipient will have up to 7 days to pick up the money.
⚠️ If the remittance is not picked up within that time, it will automatically be canceled and the funds will be returned to your Común balance.
🪪 Important
Please make sure all recipient information is entered correctly.
If the name or ID does not match, the pickup location may refuse to release the money.
