Understand account freezes: If your account is frozen, look for an email from Comun providing details about the freeze and next steps. Check both the inbox and spam folder of the registered email address.
Self-check steps:
Did you freeze your Comun card? If so, unfreeze it in the Cards section on the top left.
Did you receive a request for additional information? Verify your emails to see if our fraud prevention team reached out for details.
Steps to resolve the issue:
Respond to any requests in a timely manner by sending the requested information directly to the provided email address.
Wait for Comun’s team to process your response. No additional action is required unless specifically requested.
