What should I do if my card was lost or stolen?

We’re very sorry that you no longer have your Comun card. Don’t worry, we will do our best to help you.

As soon as you realize that your card is lost or stolen, please follow these steps immediately:

1. Open your Comun app.

2. Select the card icon in the top left corner.

3. Block your card by selecting "Freeze your card."

4. Then go to the "Cards" section in the top left corner. Select "Stolen, lost, or damaged card." Follow the steps to confirm your address and the reissue of your new card.

If you notice any unrecognized transactions in your app, please let us know so we can file a report and recover your money.

It’s important to mention that you can request one free card from your app. If you need to request another card after the first, you will need to contact our support team, and there will be a fee of $5.00 for the new card.

If you have already requested one card and need another, you will need to contact our team. Here are your options:

- Start a chat on this page or through your app.

- Email us at ayuda@comun.app.

- Call our customer service number at (646) 600-5660.
