What do I do if I do not recognize a charge in my Comun account?

If you see a charge you don't recognize:

  • Immediately block your card from the card section of your app

  • Let us know by opening a chat within your app, or contacting us via email at ayuda@comun.app

  • We will send you a questionnaire where you can give more details on the transactions you don't recognize

  • We will investigate within 2 business days, and you may obtain a reimbursement if we see that there was a problem with your transaction

Always protect your card information! Don't share it with anyone, and make sure you keep it always in a safe place 😉.
