I am expecting a refund for something I bought. Why don't I see it in my account?

Refunds made with your Comun card typically take between 5-7 business days to appear in your list of transactions. Please note that weekends are not considered business days. Processing times may vary depending on the merchant's policies. If it has been more than 7 business days and the refund does not appear in your transaction list, first confirm with the merchant that the refund has been issued, then contact us for further assistance if needed.
