How do I replace my Comun card with a new one?

We work to create a better experience for you and now you can request the reissue of a new Comun card from your app without the need to contact our team. 🚀

You can edit your home address in case you need to send your card to a different address. The change of address will result in another shipment of your Comun card and delivery may take between 7-10 business days.


If you wish to edit your address and your card is on its way, you can enter your app and click on the section "Your card is on its way". Then, you can click on "Edit address" and write or confirm the new address. Confirm the information and you're all set, now you just have to wait for your new card to arrive. 💳


If you want to request another card because you lost it, it was stolen, or it was damaged, go to the "Cards" section in the upper left corner. Select "Stolen, lost or damaged card". Follow the steps to confirm your address and the reissue of your new card.


It is important to mention that your first card is free and you can requestanother one from your app, but if you need to request another one after your second card, you will need to contact our support team and there will be a charge of $5.00 USD for the new card. You can only request 1 new card per day.

If you have already requested more than 2 cards and need another one, you will need to contact our team. Here are your options:
