How do I replace my Común card with a new one?

You can request your first replacement card directly from the Común app 🚀

To request a new card because it was lost, stolen, or damaged:

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select Card Management.

  3. Tap Report as lost, stolen, or damaged.

  4. Confirm or update your delivery address and submit your request.

Your new card should arrive within 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please note:

  • Once a card has already been shipped, it cannot be rerouted to a different address.

  • Updating your address after shipment will create a new card order.

  • Only your first replacement card can be requested through the app.

After your first replacement, any additional replacement cards must be requested through our support team and include a $5 USD fee. Make sure you have at least $5 USD available in your account before requesting another replacement card. 💳
