We work to create a better experience for you and now you can request the reissue of a new Comun card from your app without the need to contact our team. 🚀You can edit your home address in case you need to send your card to a different address. The change of address will result in another shipment of your Comun card and delivery may take between 7-10 business days. Delivery timelines of 7-10 business days exclude weekends and holidays, so plan your request accordingly.
If you wish to edit your address and your card is on its way, you can enter your app and click on the section "Your card is on its way". Then, you can click on "Edit address" and write or confirm the new address. Confirm the information and you're all set, now you just have to wait for your new card to arrive. 💳
To request another card because it is lost, stolen, or damaged, follow these steps in the Comun app:
Open the Comun app and navigate to the 'Cards' section in the top-left corner.
Select the option labeled 'Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Card.'
Confirm your delivery address to proceed with the card request. Delivery will typically take 7-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
If you want to request another card because you lost it, it was stolen, or it was damaged, go to the "Cards" section in the top-left corner. Select the option labeled "Report as lost, stolen, or damaged". Follow the steps to confirm or update your delivery address. Once the steps are completed, your replacement card request will be processed, and you’re all set! ✅
