What should I do if my Común card was lost or stolen?

We’re very sorry that you no longer have your Común card. Don’t worry, we will do our best to help you.

As soon as you realize that your card is lost or stolen, please follow these steps immediately:

1. Open your Común app.

2. Select the Adjustments

3. Block your card by selecting Freeze your card.

4. Then go to the Manage cards section.

5. Select: Stolen, lost, or damaged card.

6. Follow the steps to confirm your address and the reissue of your new card.

7. If you notice any unrecognized transactions in your app, please let us know so we can file a report and recover your money.

Important: Your first card replacement is free! You can request it from your app. If you need to request another card, you will need to contact one of our teammates. Be aware that there will be a fee of $5 for the new card.
