What if I don’t see the money in my account after using a barcode?

Depositing cash with a barcode is safe and usually very fast. If there is an issue with the barcode, the cashier will know immediately and won’t be able to accept your money.

If the cashier successfully accepts the cash, the deposit should appear in your account within 10 minutes.

Important tips

  • Always keep your receipt until the money appears in your account.

  • Only use barcodes generated directly from your Común app.

  • Never deposit money using a barcode someone else sent you.

  • Común will never ask you to make payments using a barcode.

To protect your account, only use barcodes that belong to you and were created from your app.
