What if I don’t see the money in my account after using a barcode?

Depositing money into your account with a barcode is safe. The cashier will tell you immediately if there is an issue with the barcode. If the barcode does not work, the cashier will not be able to take your money. If the cashier takes the money, then you will see the money reflected on your account in under 10 minutes.

To protect your account, remember to only use the barcode that you generated from your app to deposit into your account. Never deposit to anyone with a barcode that was sent to you or that you did not generate from your app. Comun never will ask you to pay for anything with a barcode, so protect your account, and do not pay anything using a barcode that is not yours!
