How do I add money into my account?

We offer several easy options to fund your account designed to fit your preferences:

Deposit cash at an ATM (with physical card) or with a barcode (without physical card)

  • You can see the map of ATMs in your app under "Move money".

  • You can also deposit without your physical card at a store by generating a barcode in your app.

Transfer from another bank

  1. Go to the Comun app

  2. Click on "Move money"

  3. Click on "Bank transfers"

  4. Click on "Transfer money to Comun"

  5. Click on "Select an account"

  6. Click on "Add another bank account"

  7. Enter the code sent to your phone to verify your identity

Transfer from another card

  1. Go to the Comun app

  2. Click on "Move money"

  3. Click on "Transfer from another card"

Transfer with another user with Pay

  1. Click on Pay

  2. Connect your contact list with Común

  3. Select the user you want to request money from — they might already have a Común account, or if not, you can send them your payment link to receive the payment.

  4. Your friend can sign up with Pay, and in just a few minutes they’ll be able to send you money using their preferred debit card. 💳

Deposit your physical check

  1. Log in to your Comun application.

  2. Go to the Move Money tab and select the option that says Check Deposit.

  3. The application will ask you to enter some information such as the amount and the beneficiary's name.

  4. Then the application will ask you to sign the check on the back and write "For mobile deposit at CFSB" below your signature.

  5. Once you have the check ready, it will ask you to capture the check and you're done.
