If you need or would like to delete the data associated with your Comun account, you can contact our Comun support team at the email address ayuda@comun.app, and our team will gladly assist you.

If you wish to proceed, here are the necessary steps to delete your data associated with Comun:

  1. Confirm your name and the email address associated with the account you wish to delete.

  2. Confirm that your balance is $0.00. If you have a balance greater than $0.00, we can send a check to your registered address, or you can withdraw or spend it. We cannot proceed if the account has a negative balance.

  3. Make sure you do not have any pending transaction reports under investigation.

  4. Share all the information with our support team, and we will schedule your data for the deletion process 5 years from the date of account deletion unless prohibited by applicable law or our partner bank.
