Read about how to withdraw and deposit money between your bank accounts with Comun

Updated over a week ago

With your Comun account, you now have the option to connect your external bank accounts to your Comun account using Plaid. With this option, you can quickly and securely deposit money into your Comun account. You can also withdraw money from your Comun account and transfer it to your external bank account. 🎉

You only need to connect your Comun account details (such as your account number) with the bank account details (such as your account number) of your external bank account. With Plaid, you can only withdraw and deposit with accounts that belong to you.

Follow these steps to start using Plaid:

  1. Open your Comun app.

  2. Go to the "Money Movement" section.

  3. Select "Transfer to an external bank account."

  4. Enter the details of your external bank account such as your account number. Remember this is the bank account information of the external bank account you want to connect (e.g., Bank of America, Chase, Western Union, etc.).

  5. Done! 🎉

Once your account is successfully connected, you can go to the section of "Money Movement" and select the amount you want to deposit and withdraw from and in between your bank account to your Comun account.

Important: Transfers with Plaid only apply for bank accounts in the USA. 🇺🇸
