How do I add money to my Común debit account?

We offer several easy options designed to fit your preferences:

Set up direct deposit

  • You can enroll from the app.

  • Share your account details with your employer.

  • Or send a direct deposit form by email.

Deposit cash

  • With your physical card at an ATM.

  • Without a card, by generating a barcode in your app and depositing at participating stores.
    👉 You can see the ATM map in the Cash section.

Transfer from another bank

  • Open the app → Move moneyBetween your banks.

  • Add your external bank account and confirm with the code sent to your phone.

Receive payments with ComúnPay

  • Open the app → Move money 💰 → Pay.

  • Share your QR code or payment link.

  • The sender just needs to sign up, verify their phone number, and add a debit card.

👉 Is your friend not using Común yet?
Share your payment link: they can sign up in minutes and send or receive payments directly to their debit card. 💳

⚠️ Important: We’re rolling out the new payment system little by little. If you don’t see this option in your app yet, don’t worry — it will be available for you very soon.

Deposit a check

  • Open the app → Move money 💰 → Checks.

  • Enter the check details.

  • Endorse the back with: “For mobile deposit at CFSB”.

  • Upload clear, well-lit photos of the check.
