Important: Remember that you can only cancel remittances sent for cash pickup.
📌 You can cancel a remittance by following these simple steps:
Log into your Común application.
On the main page, search for the international shipment you made and click on it.
Select the Cancel option and confirm.
Done! Your international shipment will be canceled and the money will return to your Común account within one business day.
Important: Remember that if the beneficiary has already collected the remittance, it will not be possible to cancel it.
😖 What happens to my money when I cancel a remittance?
Once the cancellation is completed, the money will be returned to your account within 24-48 business hours.
In some cases, the cancellation of your remittance may be pending for a brief moment, but you will be notified by email and through the application when the cancellation has been completed.
