Terms and conditions - Pay promo

This Promotion is open only to eligible users.

Eligible users will be selected by Común and notified via email, SMS, or push notification.

This offer is non-transferable and limited to one reward per eligible user.

The promotion begins on November 3 and ends on November 18 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotional Period”).

During the Promotional Period, eligible users who complete a transaction: Payment link (Pay) or Remittance with external card, will receive a $5 USD reward credited to their Común account.

To qualify, the transaction (Pay) must be received from a new Común user; transactions between existing Común users do not qualify.

Only successful, fully processed transactions completed within the Promotional Period qualify.

Cancelled, failed, or refunded transactions are not eligible.

The $5 reward will be credited to the user’s deposit account within five (5) business days after the Promotional Period ends on November 18.

The maximum reward is $5 USD per eligible user.

Común reserves the right to verify transaction eligibility and deny rewards in cases of suspected fraud, self-transfers, or technical manipulation.

Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Común may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice, including for reasons beyond its control (e.g., system errors or partner disruptions).

The value of this Promotion may constitute taxable income. Participants are responsible for any applicable federal or state taxes and should consult a tax advisor regarding tax treatment.

This Promotion is not valid with any other offer and is non-transferable.

If Común detects any fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms and Conditions, it may revoke the reward and/or cancel future eligibility for promotions.
