Once your account has been opened, you can access it through the Común app and use its available features as long as you have an internet connection.
What can I do in the app while I'm outside the United States?
You can use the Común app to access the same features available on your account, including:

Perform other account-related actions available in the app.
Can I use my Común card in other countries?
Yes. You can use your Común Visa® debit card to make purchases at merchants that accept Visa and withdraw cash from ATMs that accept Visa, subject to merchant or ATM acceptance and any applicable restrictions. Find more information here.

No. You must be physically located in the United States to complete the account opening process.
