She knows your account, speaks both English and Spanish, and can help you complete different tasks quickly and securely.
What can Mía help me with?
A lot! Currently, Mía can help you:
Send remittances, including to new recipients.
Review your recent transactions and account activity.
Understand a charge or transaction on your account.
Manage your debit card, such as freezing it, unfreezing it, or requesting a replacement.
Answer questions about your account and Común's services.
Connect you with a live agent if you need additional help.
We'll continue adding new features so Mía can help you with even more tasks over time.
How do I find Mía?
It's easy!
Update your Común app to the latest version.
Open the app.
Tap the Mía icon in the top-right corner of the home screen.
Who can use Mía?
We're rolling out access to Mía gradually for our customers.
At this time, Mía is available for customers who:
Have the latest version of the Común app installed.
Have an active Común debit account with an associated Común debit card.
Have completed the remittance enrollment flow in the app. To do this, tap Move Money → International. You don't need to send a remittance, you only need to complete the setup to be able to send one.
Our goal is to make Mía available to all of our customers. We'll continue expanding access gradually through future updates.
Is it safe to use Mía?
Yes. To help protect your account, any action you complete through Mía will require you to confirm your identity with your passcode before it can be completed.
I can't find Mía in my app
If you don't see the Mía icon:
Make sure you have the latest version of the Común app installed.
Make sure you've completed the remittance enrollment flow by tapping Move Money → International. You don't need to send a remittance—just complete the setup.
Refresh the app after completing the enrollment flow.
Keep in mind that we're rolling out access to Mía gradually, so it may not be available for your account just yet.
If you have an active Común debit account with an associated debit card, are using the latest version of the app, and still don't see Mía, please contact us and we'll be happy to look into it for you.
