To change your mobile number, you need to contact our team, and you will be asked for the following information:
A photo of yourself holding a piece of paper that says the following: "I, (Name), request the change of my phone number today (DATE)."
Your current phone number
Your new phone number
Remember that only one mobile number can be connected to a single account. It is not possible to connect more than one account with the same mobile number.
If you have more than one account with Comun, we will need to cancel one of your accounts so that your mobile number is only connected to one account.
Contact our support team via email (ayuda@comun.app) or chat to verify your identity and make the change to your mobile number.
