Electronic transfers made from a connected account from another institution take 3 to 5 business days after the original account is charged and appears as approved. We recommend waiting 3 to 5 business days for it to be reflected in your Común account.
✨Transfers between your bank accounts and Común✨
Deposits (from your external bank to Común) can take up to 3 business days to reflect in your account, and withdrawals (from Común to your external bank) can take 3 to 6 business days to arrive. This is the standard time for transfers between banks in the United States.
Additionally, please note that if this is your first transfer with Plaid, an additional waiting period will be added. This is because we perform an additional security verification to ensure the protection of your account, as well as your money and personal information. At Común, we care about your well-being and want to make sure everything is in order.

Payments with Pay are immediate; however, there are some occasions where it may take a few minutes to reach your account. If it has been more than 15 minutes, please contact customer support.
