Itâs different from your PIN, which is used with your physical card.

đ How do I reset or change my access code?
You can do this directly from your ComĂșn app. The steps depend on whether your email is verified.
â If your email is verified
Open the ComĂșn app and tap âLog inâ
Enter your phone number
Select âReset access codeâ
Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your registered email
Create and confirm a new 4-digit access code
If enabled, confirm using biometrics or Face ID

Open the ComĂșn app and tap âLog inâ
Enter your phone number
Select âReset access codeâ
Follow the instructions shown in the app and tap âContinueâ
Take a selfie and wait for verification

Once completed, youâll be able to log in using your new access code.
