  • Helps you:

    • 🛒 Pay in stores

    • 🏧 Withdraw cash from ATMs

👉 Access code

  • Used to log in to your Común app

  • You enter it with your phone number to access the app

How do I get or check my ✨ PIN ✨?

Your PIN is created when you open your debit account.
To view or change it:

  1. Open the Común app

  2. Go to Settings ⚙️

  3. Select Manage cards

  4. Tap I forgot my PIN

  5. Done! 🙌

👉 You can also choose Change PIN

⚠️ Important: If your phone number isn’t verified yet, the app will ask you to verify it first.

How do I get my ✨ passcode ✨?

All users have an access code.
If you didn’t create one before, the app will guide you:

  1. Open the Común app

  2. Follow the login setup
or tap “Sign in more easily and securely”

  3. Enter your phone number

  4. Receive a 6-digit verification code
👉 This is NOT your access code

  5. Enter your email address

  6. Create and confirm a 4-digit access code

📱 Once created, you won’t need to do it again.

PIN vs. passcode 😏

The PIN is a code that allows you to make purchases with your physical card or withdraw cash at an ATM.

On the other hand, the passcode is the one that allows you to access your Común account when you select the option to sign in with your phone number.
