📅 When is my statement generated?
Bank statements are generated on the 6th day of each month.
Each statement includes transactions from the previous calendar month.
Example
Your statement generated on May 6 will include transactions from April 1–30
📄 What information is included?
Your bank statement includes:
Your full name
Registered residential address
Account number
Beginning and ending balance
Complete list of transactions for the statement period
📱 How do I download my statement in the app?
Open the Común app
Go to your account settings. ⚙️
Select Bank Statements
Choose the month you want
Download the PDF statement
❓What if I can’t access the app?
If you’re unable to log in to the app, you can contact the Común support team and request a copy of your statement.
🔒 Can I still access statements if my account is closed?
Yes 👍
Bank statements remain available even if your Común account has been closed.
If needed, contact support for help accessing them.
