How do I download my bank statement?

You can download your Común bank statement directly from the app anytime 📄

Your statement includes important account information and a summary of your transactions for the previous month.

📅 When is my statement generated?

Bank statements are generated on the 6th day of each month.

Each statement includes transactions from the previous calendar month.

Example

  • Your statement generated on May 6 will include transactions from April 1–30


📄 What information is included?

Your bank statement includes:

  • Your full name

  • Registered residential address

  • Account number

  • Beginning and ending balance

  • Complete list of transactions for the statement period


📱 How do I download my statement in the app?

  1. Open the Común app

  2. Go to your account settings. ⚙️

  3. Select Bank Statements

  4. Choose the month you want

  5. Download the PDF statement


❓What if I can’t access the app?

If you’re unable to log in to the app, you can contact the Común support team and request a copy of your statement.


🔒 Can I still access statements if my account is closed?

Yes 👍


Bank statements remain available even if your Común account has been closed.

If needed, contact support for help accessing them.
