I lost my phone. How can I access my account?

If you lost your phone or it was stolen, don't worry. Your money is still safe, and you can access your account from another device.

What should I do if I lost my phone?

If you no longer have access to your phone:

  1. Download the Común app on your new device.

  2. Sign in using the phone number associated with your account.

  3. If you no longer have access to that phone number, select "I don't have access to my phone" to begin the process of registering a new phone number.

  4. Complete the identity verification process if prompted.

Once you're signed in, you can continue using your account as usual.

Is my money safe?

Yes. Losing your phone does not mean you'll lose the money in your account. Your account remains protected, and you'll only be able to access it again after your identity has been verified.

What if I think someone else has access to my account?

If you think someone else may have access to your account or your phone, contact us as soon as possible so we can help secure your account and review any unusual activity.
