How can I cancel my account?

Before requesting your account cancellation, please make sure all of the following apply:

✅ Your balance is $0.00
✅ You have no pending remittances
✅ You have no active disputes or disputes under review
✅ You do not have a negative balance
✅ You have no pending checks
✅ You have no pending direct deposits

⚠️ Important: Account cancellation is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is closed, it cannot be reopened or reactivated — even if Común launches new products or services in the future.
