My account appears frozen, what does this mean?

Your account has been temporarily frozen while we complete a security review. This may happen if we detect unusual activity or need to verify information to help protect your account and your money.

While the review is in progress, you temporarily will not be able to:

  • Send money

  • Receive money

  • Make transfers or move funds

You will still be able to view your balance and account activity in the app.

What should I do?

Our team will review your case and may send you an email with additional steps or requests for information.

We recommend:

  • Checking your inbox

  • Checking your spam/junk/promotions folders

  • Allowing up to 24 hours for updates

I haven’t received any email, what does that mean?

Not receiving an email yet does not mean your account is closed or canceled. Some reviews may take longer or may not require additional information from you.

If you have not received any updates after 24 hours, please contact support through our official channels.

Is my money safe?

Yes. The freeze is a temporary security measure designed to help protect your account while we complete the review.
