How do I update my email?

At the moment, it’s not possible to change your email address directly from the app, as this update must be completed manually by our team.

Before requesting the change, please keep the following in mind:

  • The new email address must be unique and cannot already be associated with another Común account.

  • The email address cannot contain accents or special characters, as this may prevent the change from being completed successfully.

To request the change, open your app and send us a message. From there, you can ask to speak with a member of our team.
