How do I update my email?

At the moment, it’s not possible to update your email address directly from the app. This change must be completed manually by our support team.

To request the update:

  1. Open your Común app.

  2. Send us a message through the in-app chat.

  3. Ask to speak with a member of our team.

We’ll help you update your email address as quickly as possible.
