How do I update my email?

At the moment, you can't change your email address directly in the app, as this change must be completed manually by our team.

Before requesting the change, please keep the following in mind:

  • The new email address must be unique and cannot already be registered to another Común account.

  • The email address cannot contain accents or special characters, as this may prevent the change from being completed successfully.

How can I check which email address is registered to my account?

You can view the email address associated with your account in the app by following these steps:

Settings → Personal Information

How do I request an email address change?

Open the Común app and send us a message letting us know you'd like to change your email address. If you're first assisted by our virtual assistant, you can ask to speak with a member of our team, who will help you complete the process.
