What do I do if I have problems in my app?

Recommendations to make sure everything is okay in your app

Complete the following steps to verify that everything is fine with your account:

1. Go to Settings on your device and select Apps & notifications.

2. Select All apps.

3. Choose Comun from the list and select Storage.

4. Select Clear cache.

Also check the following:

- Ensure that your phone is set to receive all notifications and is not in airplane mode or Do Not Disturb mode.

- Check your internet connection and try using your mobile data or a different connection.

- Verify that the timezone on your phone is correct for your location. You can adjust this in the general settings of your device and select the option for automatic adjustment.

- Make sure your phone is set to receive SMS codes. Have you disabled this before?
