Where is my virtual card?
Go to the card section in your app, and there you'll be able to see the details of your virtual card. They are the same details as your physical card, which you can already use before receiving it! Remember that your physical card may take up to 10 business days to arrive, so don't wait for it, add your virtual card to your mobile Wallet.
How do I add my virtual card to Google Wallet?
Open the Google Wallet app on your Android device.
Look for the option to add a new card. This is usually done by tapping the "Add Card" button within the app.
Scan your virtual card using your phone's camera or enter the details manually as instructed by the app. Enter exactly the same details as those in the Cards section of your app.
Do I need to verify my virtual card?
In some cases, the app may require additional verification to confirm that you are the card owner. This may include authentication via a text message or an authentication app.
How do I use my virtual card in Google Wallet?
Once you've added your virtual card to Google Wallet, it's ready to use. You can use it to make payments in physical stores that accept contactless payments or for online purchases where Google Pay is accepted.
