How to make transfers from Comun to Comun?
Open your app.
In the "Move money" section, go to "ComunYa."
Enter the username of the person you want to send money to and select it from the results. If you don't know the username, ask the person you want to send money to.
If the person you want to send money to doesn't have a Comun account yet, don't worry. Add them to your phone contacts, and they will appear there. Click on their name to send them an invitation to Comun. In 24 hours, they could have an active account.
Enter the amount of the transfer, and add a note if you want.
Select send, and you're done! You've sent money instantly and 100% free.
Not working? What could be happening?
If you encounter an error, check the following:
Ensure you have sufficient balance in your account.
Verify that the person already has an approved Comun account.
If the user you're trying to send money to is receiving many transfers from other Comun accounts at the same time, our fraud system may block the transaction. Try again the next day.
