You can view or change it directly from your Común app — no need to contact support.
📱 How to view your PIN
Open the Común app
Go to Settings
Select Manage Cards
Tap Forgot PIN
There you’ll be able to securely view your current PIN.
🔄 How to change your PIN
If you want to create a new PIN:
Open the Común app
Go to Settings
Select Manage Cards
Tap Change PIN
Follow the instructions in the app to update it.
🔒 Important: Incorrect PIN attempts
If you enter the wrong PIN 3 times, your card will automatically be blocked for 72 hours for security reasons.
Good to know
You do not need to contact support
The card will automatically work again after 72 hours
During that time, you can still check your PIN in the app
💡 Tips
Make sure to memorize your new PIN after changing it
Avoid sharing your PIN with anyone
If you recently changed your PIN, make sure you are using the updated one before trying again at an ATM or store
