You can update your address in Común, whether it's your mailing address (where you receive your card) or your residential address (the address registered on your account).
What types of addresses are there?
Residential address
This is the address registered on your account.
It may appear on documents such as your account statement.
It requires verification before it can be updated.
Mailing address
This is the address where you want to receive a new card.
It can be different from your residential address.
When can I request an address change?
You can update your address if:
You've moved to a new home.
You want to keep your account information up to date.
You'd like to receive a new card at a different address.
You need your residential and mailing addresses to be different.
How do I change my mailing address?
You can update your mailing address directly in the app:
Open the Común app.
Go to Settings.
Select Personal Information.
Tap Edit in the Mailing Address section.
Update your information and save your changes.
How do I change my residential address?
At this time, your residential address cannot be updated directly in the app.
If you need to change it:
Open the Común app.
Send us a message letting us know you'd like to update your residential address.
Our team will ask you to provide a valid proof of address to verify your new address before making the update.
Important information
Your residential address and mailing address can be different.
A valid proof of address is required to update your residential address.
We cannot update the information for a pending application or a closed account.
