❓ Does Común accept direct deposits under someone else's name? No. Direct deposits must be under the name of the account holder where they are received. If the beneficiary's name does not match the account, the deposit will be rejected.
❓ How do I know if my direct deposit is set up correctly? If the direct deposit is in your name and you receive it in your own Común account, you don't need to do anything. If the name doesn't match, you'll need to update your settings with your employer or payer.
❓ What do I do if the direct deposit is under someone else's name? That person will need to receive their deposits in an account under their own name. If they don't have a Común account yet, they can easily open one through the app. More information at info.comun.app.
